Project Progress

Construction on the external form of the building is now largely complete and focus now moves to the internal fitout. Progress by Vicinity Homes (the prime contractor) continues to be slower then planned, but still within Edans forecast of Q1 2018 completion.

Key achievements for period include:

• Completion of roofing and guttering
• Completion of external brick walls
• Installation of Glazing
• Completion of First Fix  – Hydraulics, Waste pipes, Electrical, Data and Ducting for fans and Air Conditioning.

Internal plastering and flooring will now commence, shortly followed by remaining joinery and fit out.

Completion is approximately 4 weeks behind and is now scheduled to be completed by end of March. Marketing and sales will commence in late March 2018.
